Terrible

The Vionic Tokyo model is particularly good itself, but the shoes that we received were clearly used and did not fit correctly. After emailing to see about returning them, as it is not clear how to return shoes, we got no answer. After calling we were told that we need to use the slip that is supposed to be included with the shoes, which was not included, and that we had to pay for return shipping in order to get a refund. What a disappointment. Find somewhere else to buy your shoes.
