Returns
At Eric Comfort Shoes, we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist with a return for a full refund or exchange.
We accept returns of unworn, resalable shoes in their original packaging (shoe box) within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return Items must be in original, unused condition. we cannot accept returns for worn or improperly packaged merchandise

Shipping (freight) charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping must be prepaid, and items must be securely packaged in their original materials.

Return shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to a shipping error on our part.
Refund
Once we receive the shoe back, the refund will automatically get credited into you payment method in 3-7 Business Days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem!
We gladly offer exchanges for any item purchased from our website within 3 weeks of delivery.
To request an exchange:

Return the unworn item in its original shoe box.

Include a note indicating your preferred size or replacement item.

Clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
